Common Problems I Help With

Common issues include:

  • Shoulder pain when lifting or reaching overhead
  • Knee pain with running or squatting
  • Tight hips from sitting or training
  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain

  • Most orthopedic dysfunction or pain

Treatment focuses on the muscles, joints, nervous system regulation, and movement patterns that often drive these problems.

Every session is individualized and focused on restoring better movement.

Treatment often includes:

  • Full body assessment
  • Orthopedic soft tissue work
  • Mobility-focused treatment
  • Addressing movement restrictions

The goal is simple: help your body move better so you can stay active.

Experience

I have been practicing manual therapy for over a decade in a variety of settings, including physiotherapy clinics, chiropractic offices, gyms, and performance environments.

Over the years, I have worked with recreational athletes as well as higher-level competitors, including professional and collegiate athletes. This experience helps guide treatment toward what active people actually need: getting back to doing what they enjoy.
