My focus is on helping people move better through hands-on soft tissue treatment and movement-based therapy. Many of the people I work with are active and want to stay that way.
They come in because something keeps tightening up, aching, or limiting their training. My goal is to address the muscular restrictions behind those problems so they can keep doing what they enjoy.

Why I Work Inside a Physiotherapy Clinic
I practice inside Apogee Sports Physiotherapy and Massage because I believe therapy works best when it’s part of a broader approach to movement and recovery
Working alongside physiotherapists allows me to help people address both the muscular tightness and the movement patterns that contribute to pain. This collaboration can be especially helpful for athletes or anyone recovering from an injury.
What I Focus On
My sessions are not just about relaxation. The goal is to improve how your body moves.
Treatment often focuses on:
• tight or overworked muscles
• restricted movement in joints
• areas that repeatedly flare up with training or activity
• restoring normal movement patterns.
Many people come in because something keeps tightening up every time they run, lift, or train. My goal is to help address the underlying tension so your body moves more freely again.
Who I Typically Work With
Most of the people I see fall into one of these groups:
- runners and endurance athletes
- weightlifters and gym athletes
- active professionals with recurring tightness
- people recovering from injuries
- yogies
- tennis players
- joint replacement post-op patients
- Anyone who wants to stay active without constant pain
The Goal
The goal of treatment is simple:
Help your body feel better, it moves better, so you can stay active without recurring issues. If something has been bothering you for a while, it may be worth getting it checked out. Go see Josh
