Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue treatment focuses on muscles and connective tissue that become restricted through training, repetitive movement, or injury.

Techniques used during treatment may include:

  • deep tissue and sports massage
  • myofascial release
  • trigger point therapy
  • Active Release Technique
  • Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (muscle scapping)
  • cupping and soft tissue decompression
  • Kinesio Tapping

Every session is individualized to your body's needs.

Movement & Mobility

Sometimes the issue isn’t just tight muscles — it’s how the body is moving.

Sessions include mobility and movement work designed to improve joint motion and reduce recurring tension. This approach draws from systems such as mobility training, joint control work, and movement assessment to help restore normal movement.
